Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sylhet for a MultiDestination Counsellor. The MultiDestination Counsellor will assist students in selecting suitable study destinations, universities, and courses. Responsibilities include guiding students through the application process, helping with visa and scholarship applications, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining consistent communication with students and partner institutions. Additional tasks involve responding to queries and providing accurate information about study abroad opportunities.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in counselling, guidance, or advisory roles
π
Knowledge of visa and scholarship application procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
π
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
π
Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus

Familiarity with different educational systems and admission requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
Key Responsibilities

Guide students in selecting suitable study destinations, universities, and courses.

Assist with university applications, scholarships, and visa processes.

Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and student orientations.

Maintain accurate records of student applications and progress.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Provide updated and accurate information on admission requirements, visa regulations, and study opportunities.

Respond to student queries promptly and professionally.

Support marketing and promotional activities, including events and expos.

Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.

Ensure high-quality service delivery and student satisfaction.
