Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate IELTS Trainer to join our team in Chattogram. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, proven experience in IELTS preparation, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that help students achieve their target band scores. As part of our growing institute, you will play a key role in guiding students through all four IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) and supporting them in their study abroad journey.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree (English, Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred).
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IELTS training or English language teaching.
● Strong command of English; IELTS 7.5+ (preferred).
● TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is an added advantage.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
● Strong planning, organization, and documentation discipline.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct IELTS classes for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Prepare and deliver customized lesson plans based on student levels and goals.
• Organize regular mock tests, assess results, and provide detailed feedback.
• Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Share exam strategies, time‑management tips, and test‑taking techniques.
• Maintain accurate student records, performance logs, and attendance.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats, band descriptors, and policies.
Preferred Skils
● Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).
● Ability to motivate and engage learners across proficiency levels.
● Experience with both Academic and General Training modules.
● Flexibility to conduct evening/weekend classes when required.
Salary: Negotiable
Modality: Full-Time
Working time: 10am to 6pm
